Mailing Address Status

Open Letter Connect uses address verification systems to categorize each address. Understanding these statuses will help you manage your mailings more effectively and ensure successful deliveries.

Verified Address

An address that has been successfully validated and is confirmed as deliverable.

Failed Address

An address that could not be verified and is considered undeliverable.

• Review the Address: Check for any obvious errors such as misspellings, or missing components (State, City, Zip Code)

Corrected Address

An address that was initially inaccurate but has been automatically corrected by the National Change of Address to match a known and updated deliverable address format.
