Order Status

Stay updated on your orders! Here's a quick and easy guide to help you understand what your order status means.

Pending

This status means that your order has been placed and is currently in progress. Once the payment is successfully deducted from your wallet, the status will be updated accordingly.

Paid

This status indicates that the payment for your mailing order has been successfully confirmed. Funds will be withdrawn from your wallet at 12 AM UTC on the scheduled mailing date.

Not Charged

This status indicates that an order has been canceled before its scheduled mailing date. As a result, no funds are deducted from your wallet for this order.

Failed

This status means that the payment for your mailing order could not be processed. This could be due to insufficient wallet funds, an expired payment method, or a technical issue with the payment processor. If your payment method is up to date and your wallet is fully funded please contact us at support@openletterconnect.com for assistance.
