QR Code Scan Email Notifications
You can receive an email notification whenever one of your QR Codes is scanned.
When creating a new QR Code or editing an existing one, simply tick the "Receive emails when this QR Code is scanned" checkbox and enter the email address where you'd like notifications sent.
Each QR Code can have its own notification email address, making it easy to send scan alerts to different team members..
Note: This feature is available on paid plans only.
Webhook notifications are still available if you need them, but email notifications provide a much simpler way to receive scan alerts.
How to Set Up Email Notifications
Go to QR Codes.
Create a new QR Code or edit an existing one.
Tick the Receive emails when this QR Code is scanned checkbox.
Enter the email address where you'd like scan notifications to be sent.
Save your changes.
You can use the same email address for multiple QR Codes or assign a different email address to each one.
Each time your QR Code is scanned, an email similar to the example below will be sent to the configured email address.
