Step-by-Step: Connecting GoHighLevel to Open Letter Connect

1. Install the OLC App in GHL

  1. Log in to your GoHighLevel account.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Marketplace.

  3. Search for "Open Letter Connect".

  4. Click Install on the app tile.

2. Generate an API Key in Open Letter Connect

  1. Log in to your OLC account.

  2. Navigate to Settings > API Keys.

  3. Click New API Key:

    • Name: GoHighLevel

    • Source: go_high_level (pre-filled)

  4. Click Save and copy your API key.

3. Connect API Key in GHL

  1. Return to GoHighLevel.

  2. Open the OLC app tile in the Marketplace (after installation).

  3. Click Connect to Open Letter Connect.

  4. Paste the OLC API key you copied.

  5. Click Connect: The status should update to Connected.

Step 4: Set Up Your Workflow in GoHighLevel

  1. Go to Automations > Workflows in GHL.

  2. Create or edit a workflow.
