Your Dashboard, Explained

Here's a quick tour of what you're looking at on your Open Letter Connect dashboard.

🧭 Top Navigation

This is your home base - jump between Dashboard, Orders, Templates, Campaigns, and Contacts. On the right, you'll find your wallet balance, the Live/Test toggle, help, and your profile.

✅ You're All Set

A simple checklist to get your first mailing out the door: add contacts, create a template, and place an order. Once all three are done, you're good to go! There are also quick links to build a targeted mailing list or turn on response tracking (so you know who's calling or scanning your mail).

📊 Mail Performance

Your at-a-glance stats for how your mail is doing recently:

• Total spend — how much you've spent and how many pieces you've sent.

• Mail delivery status — a bar showing where your mail is: delivered, in transit, mailed, or returned.

• Product mix — what types of mail you're sending as a percentage.

• Delivery speed — how many days, on average, your mail takes to arrive.

• Address quality — how clean your mailing list is: bad addresses caught before mailing (saving you money) and mail that came back undeliverable.

  

📦 Active Orders / Future Orders

A running list of your mailings — what's active now or coming up. Each row shows the order name, mailing date, status (like Processing or Mailed), how many pieces, and what it cost. Click View all orders to see everything.

🏆 Most Mailed

Your top performers — the templates, orders, or campaigns you send the most. See what's mailed most often, when it last went out, and how much it's cost you overall.
