How to Select or Change Your Plan

  1. Log in to your OLC account at app.openletterconnect.comarrow-up-right.

  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Account.

  1. Navigate to the Plan tab.

  2. Review the available plans and click “Select Plan” next to the one you prefer.

🧠 Note: Plan upgrades or downgrades take effect immediately, and your feature access will adjust accordingly.

What to Expect When Selecting a Plan

  • Billing: OLC operates on a wallet-based, pay-as-you-go model. You’ll top up your wallet to fund mail campaigns. Some plans may include additional feature access or support.

  • Flexibility: You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from within your account settings.

  • Support Levels:

    • Starter: Email-only support

    • Growth: Email + chat support

    • Professional & Enterprise: Priority support with dedicated account management (see full details on the Pricing Pagearrow-up-right)
