# Managing Your Subscription Plan

Your Open Letter Connect subscription determines the features, account limits, and pricing available to you. As your business grows or your mailing needs change, you can easily review your plan and switch to a different subscription.

### Accessing Your Subscription Plan

To manage your subscription:

1. **Log in** to your Open Letter Connect account.
2. From the dashboard, click your **profile icon** in the top-right corner.
3. In the left-hand menu, scroll to **Billing & Plan**.
4. Select **Subscription Plan**.

You’ll be taken to the Subscription Plan page, where you can view your current plan and compare the available options.

### Review Your Current Plan

The Subscription Plan page displays your current subscription and billing frequency, along with the available plans.

You can compare plans based on:

* Monthly or annual billing
* Monthly subscription cost
* Free monthly design credits
* Contact export access
* Do Not Contact List access
* Campaign access
* List batching
* Number of users
* API access
* Custom fields
* Tracking numbers
* Find New Contacts access

Review these features to determine which plan best fits your business and mailing needs.

### Monthly vs. Annual Billing

At the top of the Subscription Plan page, you can choose between **Monthly** and **Annually**.

#### Save 2 Months With Annual Billing

If you plan to use Open Letter Connect throughout the year, switching to an **annual subscription gives you 2 months free** compared to paying monthly.

**Tip:** Annual billing can be a great option if you know you'll be using Open Letter Connect consistently throughout the year.

### Upgrading Your Subscription

You may want to upgrade if you need additional features, more users, additional campaign capabilities, or access to other benefits included in a higher-tier plan.

To upgrade:

1. Go to **Profile → Billing & Plan → Subscription Plan**.
2. Review the available plans.
3. Select the plan that best fits your needs.
4. Choose **Monthly** or **Annually** billing.
5. Review the plan details and pricing.
6. Follow the prompts to confirm your upgrade.

Before upgrading, consider your current mailing volume and the features you actually need.

### Downgrading Your Subscription

You may want to downgrade if your mailing volume has decreased or you no longer need features included with your current plan.

To downgrade:

1. Go to **Profile → Billing & Plan → Subscription Plan**.
2. Review the lower-tier plans.
3. Select the plan you want to switch to.
4. Review the features and limitations of the new plan.
5. Select **Downgrade** and follow the prompts to confirm.

#### Before Downgrading

It's a good idea to review your account before making the change. Check your:

* Active campaigns
* Tags and lists
* Automations
* Integrations
* Number of users
* Current mailing needs

Make sure the lower-tier plan still provides the features your business relies on.
